FAQ

1. How does crowdfunding work?

Our crowdfunding actually means nothing more than a kind of advance sale, in which you have a say in which of our models are manufactured.

This has the advantage that only the watch parts that are actually needed are made. In this way we avoid overproduction and incorrect production, which in the worst case scenario would end up on the trash. This enables us to produce sustainably and in a way that conserves resources.

Of course, this variant of shopping requires a bit of patience, but it will be rewarded with your very own personal watch, which you get at a greatly reduced price. In your case, that means 20% sale on the future sales price.

If your chosen model should not be produced, you can change your order to another model at any time, or you will get your money back.

You will be kept up to date with regular updates over the entire course of our campaign and the subsequent production phase.

After your watch has been delivered, you have the statutory right to object, as stated in the terms and conditions (2 weeks). However, watches with an individual engraving cannot be exchanged.

Since it is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase and our service, we are always interested in finding a compatible and satisfactory solution for you. Of course, we are also available for further questions at any time.

We look forward to your support for this exciting project!

 2. What is on-demand production?

On-demand production in Switzerland - production on request - means for us to have watches made in small series in high quality. And it enables us to react quickly and easily to customer requests, e.g. B. with personal engravings. And we can control the demand for particularly popular models accordingly.

I.e. We can continue to pursue our concept of sustainability and resource-saving production even after a successful crowdfunding campaign and have other individual watch models made in small numbers.
